Gourmet Curry Paste

Ingredients
Onions, Curry Leaves, Pandan Leaves, Celery Leaves, Lemongrass, Cilantro, Mustard, Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Curry Powder (Cinnamon Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Fennel Powder, Fenugreek Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Cardamom Powder, Clove whole, Red Chilli Powder and Tumeric) Sunflower Oil.
Cooking Instructions
- Add 2 tbsp of oil to a skillet and sauté 1 lbs of protein till tender.
- Then add 2 tbsp of curry paste to protein and add 1 cup of water.
- Simmer curry paste till protein is fully cooked.
- Add 1/2 cup of coconut milk to curry for richer flavor.
- Serve over rice.
