Ingredients
- 2 Pack Ramen / Noodles
- 1 tbsp 3Lankans Gourmet Curry Paste
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Sauteed Mushroom
- 1 Sunny side up Egg
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro leaves
- Black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the Noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are soft. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat up some oil over medium heat. Add the 3LANKANS Gourmet Curry Paste and stir for 1 minute.
- Add the tomato sauce, soya sauce and some water. Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them with the curry sauce. Stir in the coriander leaves, sautéed mushrooms and season with salt to taste
- In a small skillet, heat up some oil over medium heat. Crack an egg into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny. Season with salt and pepper.
- To serve, add the noodle to a bowl and top it with the cooked egg. Garnish with black sesame seeds.
