- 3 lbs Chicken
- 3 tbsp 3Lankans Gourmet Curry Paste
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
Instructions
- Thaw the chicken for an hour on the counter. Pat dry the chicken pieces to remove excess moisture.Add the 3Lankans Gourmet Curry paste with Soy sauce and ombine well to ensure there are no lumps.Add the chicken pieces, one at a time, coating each one properly with the marinade. Leave in the fridge for 24 hours to marinade.Oven - Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C / Gas Mark 6Take the Chicken out of the refrigerator and transfer the baking dish to the oven on the middle rack and cook for 30 to 35 minutes basting once in between with the pan juices.Depending on the size of Chicken, it will take about 30 to 40 minutes to bake.
