Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive oilk
- 1 lbs Chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 medium Tomato
- 1 cup Brocolli
- 2 tbsp 3LANKANS Gourmet Curry Paste
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large, deep pan and add the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat until slightly golden.
- Add the vegetable and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring from time to time.
- Stir in the 3LANKANS Curry Paste and the coconut milk coconut milk.
- Bring to a simmer, then lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
