Shrimp Curry

A flavor-filled Shrimp curry with an aromatic coconut curry sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs Large Shrimp
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Onion
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Green Chili
  • 2 tbsp 3LANKANS Gourmet Curry Paste
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • Curry Leaves

Instructions
 

  • Add oil from into a wok or large frying pan, gently heat, then add the Shrimp. Sizzle over low heat for 4 mins until they have changed colour and are cooked through.
  • Stir in the 3LANKANS Curry Paste and cook for a few mins longer.
  • Stir in the Onions and Chilis, then bring to a simmer.
  • Season and add the Coconut Milk and cook until the curry thickens
  • Add the Curry Leaves just before serving with boiled rice.
