Shrimp Curry
A flavor-filled Shrimp curry with an aromatic coconut curry sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lbs Large Shrimp
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup Sliced Onion
- 1/4 cup Sliced Green Chili
- 2 tbsp 3LANKANS Gourmet Curry Paste
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- Curry Leaves
Instructions
- Add oil from into a wok or large frying pan, gently heat, then add the Shrimp. Sizzle over low heat for 4 mins until they have changed colour and are cooked through.
- Stir in the 3LANKANS Curry Paste and cook for a few mins longer.
- Stir in the Onions and Chilis, then bring to a simmer.
- Season and add the Coconut Milk and cook until the curry thickens
- Add the Curry Leaves just before serving with boiled rice.
