Ingredients
- 1 lb Canned Young Jackfruit
- 0.5 lb Boiled
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp 3LANKANS Curry paste
- 1 cup Fresh Basil leaves
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 180 ml Fresh Milk
- Salt/Chili powder to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan mix sautee the shredded young jackfruit and curry paste with some water
- Add the soy sauce and tomato sauce
- Add freshbasil and fresh milk
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
- Garnish with extra chopped basil leaves if desired.
