Ingredients
- 230 grams Wheat Flour
- 145 grams Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 5 tbsp Iced water
- 1 tbsp 3Lankans Gourmet Curry Paste
- 200 grams Mushroom
- 200 grams Chicken
- 2 whole Eggs
- 300 ml Fresh Cream
- 150 grams Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Chillie Flakes
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Cut iced cold butter/ margerine into cubes and mix it with the wheat flour and salt. The margerine needs to be pinched against the wheat flour
- Oncethe flour and margerine/ butter is mixed it'll feel like wet sand. Mix it with iced water with the above mix and make it into a ball. The amount of water will feel like it's not enough, but do not add more water.
- Once you add make it into a ball wrap it in a polythene bag and keep it in the freezer
- Once the mix is refrigirated for at least 4 hours roll into a sheet and add it to a pie shell and bake it at 175C for about 18mins.
- Before putting the pie shell into the over either keep some weight on the shell or poke some holes using a fork.
