Cut iced cold butter/ margerine into cubes and mix it with the wheat flour and salt. The margerine needs to be pinched against the wheat flour
Oncethe flour and margerine/ butter is mixed it'll feel like wet sand. Mix it with iced water with the above mix and make it into a ball. The amount of water will feel like it's not enough, but do not add more water.
Once you add make it into a ball wrap it in a polythene bag and keep it in the freezer
Once the mix is refrigirated for at least 4 hours roll into a sheet and add it to a pie shell and bake it at 175C for about 18mins.
Before putting the pie shell into the over either keep some weight on the shell or poke some holes using a fork.
