Curry Puff

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp 3Lankan Gourmet Curry paste
  • 1 lb Boiled Potato
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • Puff pastry squares
  • Egg wash

Instructions
 

  • Add oil to the pan
  • Add the onion & sweat the onions until tender
  • Add 3Lankans Gourmet Curry paste
  • Cook it for 3 minutes
  • Add the potatoes & mix well
  • Salt to taste
  • Thaw the puff pastry & add one Table spoon of mixture
  • Close the pastry, use a folk to close the edges.
  • Use a brush to apply egg wash on top of the pastry.
  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 F
  • Bake it for 20 to 25 mins
