Dissolved into a 1/3 cup gravy

Chopped paratha (3.5 parathas – flaky paratha)
Instructions
Add ghee to a wok on high heat
Add ginger/garlic paste
Add eggs and fry eggs till scrambled
Add leaks, carrot and mix
Add curry leaves
Add Beans, peas and curry gravy mix
Add paratha (pan fry 2 hours before starting to build this dish and let it cool and then cut into 1 inch squares and set aside)
